At Sultans Store, we are committed to offering a clear and fair return process. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Item condition:
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition. While the original packaging is not required, items must be suitable for resale.

Returns accepted for any reason:
Whether you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or prefer a different style, we accept returns as long as the product meets the above condition. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please include clear photos and a brief explanation when submitting your request.

How to submit a request:

– Email address used to place the order
– Indicate whether you want a refund or exchange
– Photos or description of the issue (if applicable)

Review process:
Once your request is received, our team will review the information and reply by email. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after approval.

Refund coverage:
Refunds apply to the product price only, excluding shipping costs.
For example: if you paid $50 for the product and $10 for shipping, your refund will be $50.

If your refund hasn’t arrived:
Please check with your bank or your Paypal account, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

For exchanges:
If your exchange is approved, please reply with your preferred model, color, size, and quantity. No extra fees apply unless the replacement product differs in size or price.
