1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us at support@sultans-store.com with your order details.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package.

Shipping & Delivery

4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders require 1-3 days for production and 5-10 days for shipping. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
5. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship within the US. Please stay updated with our policies for any future changes.

6. How can I ensure the product fits me well?

Returns & Exchanges

7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Visit our Returns Policy page for detailed instructions.
8. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Changes to your order can only be made within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, the order enters production, and we are unable to make further modifications. Please email us at support@sultans-store.com within the 12-hour window if you need to make changes.
